2. Products

Our shop sells art prints, framed prints, wood prints, tote bags and other products featuring artwork by Lorraine Artsy.

Products are produced after an order is placed and may be manufactured and shipped by third party production and fulfilment partners.

We aim to represent every product accurately. Minor variations in colour, positioning, texture or finish may occur because of differences between screens, materials and printing processes.

3. Orders and Payment

Please check the product, size, quantity and delivery information carefully before placing an order.

Full payment is required at checkout. An order is accepted once payment has been authorised and the order has been confirmed for production.

Once production begins, an order normally cannot be changed or cancelled.

We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, delivery is not possible or an obvious pricing or product error has occurred.

4. Prices and Taxes

Prices and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges where these are not included during checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping destinations and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production, carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order has been received by the customer or their nominated recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns, Refunds and Problems

Because each product is produced after an order is placed, we do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This does not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal and rights relating to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

7. Copyright

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork.

All artwork, images and designs remain the property of Lorraine Artsy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, customs delays, carrier delays outside our reasonable control or improper use of a product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Croatian law.
