1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Lorraine Artsy. By purchasing artwork, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Seller Information

All transactions are processed by ROCK SEO. Further business details are available upon request.

3. Artwork and Availability

All artworks are original, one of one acrylic paintings created by Lorraine Artsy. Each piece is signed by the artist and includes a certificate of authenticity.

Artworks are offered through private collector inquiry and are subject to availability until payment is received.

4. Purchase Process

All artworks are sold through a private conversation with the artist.

Collectors are invited to connect directly with Lorraine via video call or personal communication to:

  • View the artwork in detail
  • Confirm authenticity
  • Discuss any final questions before purchase

Following this conversation, an invoice will be issued to complete the transaction.

5. Pricing and VAT

All prices are listed in euros (€).

VAT is applied in accordance with European Union regulations:

  • Customers in Croatia are charged VAT
  • Business customers within the European Union, outside Croatia, may be exempt from VAT under the reverse charge mechanism, subject to a valid VAT number
  • Private individuals within the European Union are charged VAT where applicable
  • Customers outside the European Union are not charged VAT

Final VAT treatment is confirmed at the time of invoicing.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via invoice. Full payment via bank transfer is required to confirm the purchase and reserve the artwork.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Free worldwide insured shipping is included with all purchases.

Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped using insured delivery services. Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the shipping provider once the item has been dispatched.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

8. Damage in Transit

All shipments are fully insured.

In the event that an artwork is damaged during transit, the claim must be made with the shipping provider. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence so we can assist with the process.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of original, one of one artwork, all sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted once the purchase has been completed and shipped.

10. Ownership and Copyright

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Lorraine Artsy. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lorraine Artsy and ROCK SEO are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to the purchase or use of the artwork.
